A Message is viral on WhatsApp which claims Indian Government is distributing Solar Panels for free. Fill a form to get it delivered at home.

Translation: Solar Panel is being distributed freely by Indian Government. Fill this registration form right away and get the Solar Panel home delivered. This offer is only till 28th February.

This is a usual WhatsApp Telemarketing scam. They gather personal info i.e. Name and Mobile Number and sell to Tele Marketers. You will start getting calls for investment, insurance etc.
