Once again a WhatsApp scam is viral. A message claiming that Modi government is distributing free school bags and to get it you have to register on a website

On filling the form and clicking next you are asked to share this on WhatsApp to 10 friends
The website is not official, there had been no such announcement anywhere. The purpose of this website is to earn money.
