Truth

A part by part analysis of the post,

While Vitamin C increases the immune system,  and Vitamin E is an antioxidant. USA Today did a fact check and quoted that there is no scientific evidence that Vitamin C can cure COVID-19. They also quoted, “Vitamin C has been shown to help reduce the severity of cold and flu illnesses in some trials, though this finding is widely debated by experts. The effect of taking the vitamin is also significantly less than many might expect.” They came to the conclusion that even though Vitamin C has marginal benefits for minimizing the effects of cold and flu viruses, however, there is no reason to believe, according to experts, that these benefits also obtain with regard to COVID-19.

As for the third point, The World Health Organisation states that exposing yourself to the sun won’t prevent the COVID-19.

Although, good sleep is necessary for the total well being of a person.

For the sixth point, BBC Future published a report as to how drinking water cannot kill the COVID-19.

Even though all the points are necessary for the total well being, it is to be noted that they cannot prevent or kill the Coronavirus.

It is to be noted that the level of these fruits are,

Lemon: 2.00-2.60, Limestone(Chuna): 9.9, Avacado: 6.27-6.58, Garlic: 5.80, Mango: 5.80-6.00 , Pineapple: 3.20-4.00, Dandelion: 7.0, Orange: 3.00-4.30.

Moreover, the ph scale ranges from 0-14, and can go up in rare of the rare cases.

More can be found here

Associated Press did a fact check, where it was found that the virus does not have a ph scale. “A virus itself does not have a pH,” said Sarah Stanley, associate professor of infectious diseases and vaccinology at the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health in the report. She explained to the Associated Press via email that “pH is something that applies to a water based solution, which a virus is not.” In addition, she said, it’s not possible for diet to change the pH of blood, cells or tissues. The body regulates pH levels, it’s not something a person would want to change.”

The last and the final part of the post is the symptoms of the COVID-19, although the last line asks the readers to have Lemon water if any of these symptoms persist. It has to be noted that drinking lemon water does not cure either prevent COVID-19.

Symptoms for COVID-19 can be read here.

Therefore, even though some part of the post is true, the other part is completely false. It is important to remember to trust credible sources and staying at home and washing hands from time to time with soap.
