Video of a Cop beating a man brutally is old.
This video is viral claiming to be recent, from West Bengal, cop beating a man as he is a Hanuman bhakt.
It’s actually three years old and yes the man is chanting “Jai Bajrang bali” as he is being beaten by the cop.
From the accent of Cop’s Filthy swear words this seems like UP/Bihar. Nothing in video hints West Bengal. But that can not be confirmed.
The only thing confirm here is video is three years old.

लखनऊ.सोशल मीडिया पर एक शख्स की पिटाई का यह वीडियो इनदिनों काफी सुर्खियां बटोर रहा है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, पुलिस से मार खा रहा यह शख्स एक कैदी है। बताया जा रहा है कि इसने जेल से भागने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ गया।जिसके बाद इसकी जमकर पिटाई लगाई गई, इसी दौरान किसी ने यह वीडियो शूट कर लिया। हालांकि अभी यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि यह वीडियो कब का है और कहां का है। पिटाई के दौरान जब-जब इस शख्स को पुलिस वाला डंडे से मार रहा था तब तब यह जय बजरंग बलि बोल रहा था।
