Truth

The major giveaway was the traffic in the background despite the COVID-19 lockdown and the fact that the video has been shot from a moving car.

We decided to do a Google Reverse Image Search of the screenshots of the viral video.

We came across a tweet by a journalist, Sandhya Panchal. She has posted the same video on October 29, 2018. She wrote, “talent of Indian engineer”.

Moreover, we also found the same video that is posted on Youtube by Navodaya Times with the caption, “जुगाड़ Technology से बना डाली अजीबोगरीब Motor Cycle, Viral हो रहा Video”. (Translation: Made an unique motorcycle with Jugaad Technology. The video is going viral.)

The video was posted on July 9, 2019. The video had gone viral last year too.

Hence, it is established that the video is old, and the claims that migrant labour is doing such innovations or ‘Jugaad’ is completely false. It is to be noted that the video exists on the internet since 2018 and had gone viral last year too.
