The viral image is edited digitally. On the text part i.e. left, a red colored rectangle has been added and the text is written on it.
You can see a lot many differences in the viral image and real one. Aajtak Channel uses a background of different shades fading in. From red to dark red, while the Viral one has light red. Also the Hindi fonts are different.
