Did Kejriwal’s team gave a ‘magical’ quilt to a disabled which cured him ?
In viral video a boy is seen getting up from a wheel chair and walking after receiving a quilt. It’s claimed to be from an event of quilt distribution by ‘Kejriwal team’

Translation:
“Kejriwal’s team distributing quilts to disabled.
A marvelous fact is that the quilt was magical and the disabled, on receiving it started walking.
Actually the director forgot to say “Cut” to the cameraman and AAP team released it without editing.”

Truth
The first thing we noticed was that the name AAP or it’s logo or Kejriwal’s name, typical Aam Aadmi caps are no where to be seen in the video.
Secondly we noticed the banner hanging behind which read “डिजिटल साक्षरता संस्थान NGO”
We searched for the same on Facebook and found it’s profile.
This event of distributing quilt to disabled people was organized in Seohara, a city in Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh on 19th Jan 2020 by a NGO.
आज नगर स्योहारा में हमारी डिजिटल साक्षरता संस्थान NGO के माध्यम से दिव्यागजनो को कम्बल वितरण किये गये ।

The disabled boy’s name is Ramesh Singh who has a Unique Disability ID card which shows he is 40% disabled

Mr. Ravi Saini is the man whom Ramesh said thanks in the viral video, on receipt of the quilt. Mr. Ravi works on Government of India’s Projects.
He gave us Ramesh’s ID card and told SMHoaxSlayer

The NGO posted a video of Abhiyak, a YouTube channel from Bijnor. Their correspondent contacted and interviewed both, Ramesh, the disabled boy in the viral video and Mr. Ravi who gave the quilt to him.
