Can your bank account be darined if you tell your Adhaar Number over phone?
Many are forwarding a so called advice about not telling your adhaar number to anyone over phone.
Some forwarding it in image (like in this post) some forwarding in text and some in audio.
No such event/advice is anywhere on government websites or media. Plus this message also doesnt specifiies the entire scam in detail, says “Some more buttons”
But the key here is OTP.
YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR OTP.
OTP – one time password is delivered to your mobile via SMS, it’s used to make transfers, paymentis logging in facebook etc.
