This is a Miss call scam aka One Ring Scam.
These are usually automated calls by systems, those are programmed to dial random numbers and hang up after a ring.
It’s basically to mint money.
Getting call from an international number excites people, calling back may bill the around 60-90 rupees.
These numbers are not related to ISIS etc. They won’t copy your data.
BUT DONT CALL BACK.
