An image is viral on social media, a photo of huge crowd attending an event of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah sitting on the stage. The image is facing the crowd showing entire picture frame filled with people.

A Facebook page “Bhartiya Janta Party-BJP Bellary” posted

The post was also shared at “We Support Dr Subramanian Swamy” facebook page which had more than 1500 shares.

They posted first on 8th April 2019 with text “Modi and his well wishers” which went viral on other media also but after cleared by others, they edited the text next day.

Truth

SMHoaxSlayer ran a reverse image search after editing the crowd photo and found a reditt uploaded a similar photo in which although the head and sitting of Modi ji and Amit shah is same, the crowd is completely different. In the reditt image near the crowd some makeshift tents with Indian flag is visible. The image was from 27 December 2017, when Amit Shah and Narendra Modi was seen sharing a dais at the swearing-in ceremony of Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
