A video is viral showing mob beating a man claimed to be Muslims beating a Brahaman in front of daughter in West Bengal

मुसलमानों ने बेटी के सामने पश्चिम बंगाल में एक ब्राह्मण की पिटाई की।
अपने घर में पूजा के दौरान, घंटी की आवाज किसी भी द्वारा नहीं सुनी जानी चाहिए।
यह मुस्लिम बहुल क्षेत्रों में पश्चिम बंगाल में आम है।
कोई भी मीडिया हिंदुओं पर हो रहे अत्याचार को कवर नहीं कर रहा है।
जबकि भारत में रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों को शरण देने के लिए मानवाधिकारों की दुहाई दी जा रही है।

English Translation:
“Muslims beat up a Brahaman in West Bengal in front of daughter. In one’s own home, no one should hear the sound of bells during offering puja. This is quite common in Muslim majority areas in West Bengal.
No media house id covering this torture on Hindus, while people are crying over and asking to accommodate Rohingya Muslims using Human Rights.”

Truth

This is a two year old video, it was viral then too. In Sep 2017, Kolkata Police clarified to SMHoaxSlayer that the people beating the man are family members of a girl whom the man molested. This has nothing to to with Religion or Politics.

In reply to SMHoaxSlayer’s query, Kolkata Police Tweeted: “This is a wrong and mischievous post. This priest was manhandled by the family members of the victim girl where he allegedly molested her. FIR was registered vide no.P3-205 dated 31.08. 17,u/s 354/509 IPC and counter FIR was registered against people who assaulted the priest. vide no P3 Case no 206dated 31.08. 17 u/s 34/323/341IPC. Legal action is being initiated against all the people spreading communal hatred.”
