This image viral on internet for years claims there was a law in Chicago till 1974 to not bring your ugly children in public and dispose of in a fence.
It was a campaign in parks to ask people to keep off the grass. This original image says “Please keep off the grass” which was photoshopped to “Dispose of your ugly children here”
