No, this video is not from Mumbai or West Bengal.

The official twitter handle of BMC clarified that this video is not from the NSCI badminton court Mumbai.

With the help of google keyword search, we found media reports stating that this video belongs to Tripura.

Media houses like NDTV and India.com shared the truth about this video on their twitter handles. They stated that this video belongs to a quarantine center from Tripura.
