Upon doing a Google Image Search of the viral image, we found that the image has been floating on the Internet since 2013.
We found the same image on the ‘India Relief and Development Fund’ website, captioned, “kid getting food in water unknown source”. The image is posted on July 12, 2013
The same image was published in a Malayalam article during the 2013 North India Floods, the article was published on June 29, 2013.
and also in a Facebook post, in 2013.
Hence it is established that the photo is seven years old,  and is not taken during the Cyclone Amphan. The viral claims are absolutely false.
