A video is viral on various social media platforms claiming Mumbai’s Police Commissioner is asking all to take care and remain cautious, for probable terrorist attacks around 15th Aug, in Mumbai following scrapping of Article 370

It’s good to remain cautious around 15th Aug which the man in the video is also suggesting all but he is not Police Commissioner of Mumbai.
Currently IPS Sanjay Barve is Police Commissioner of Mumbai
