Such Hoax can even cause Death.
No such circular from @RBI, Notes with
something written in it is still valid
although RBI says not to write on them
as it reduces Note’s Life.
More importantly, like everybody, if a doctor too believes on this Hoax and refuses to accept the note even in emergency, it may lead to death. So do not spread such messages without confirmation.
