He is saying that there is no benefit to the farmers from this farm bill, despite many big ministers making speeches, couldn’t explain any benefit to the people, the only benefit this bill can bring is to 4-5 capitalists.

दिलीप जी, ये ७० साल के अन्दर सबसे बड़ा क्रांतिकारी कदम होगा कृषि शेत्र में”
Translation:
“You won’t loose your land, your won’t loose your MSP, you won’t loose your market. Now a farmer can sell his crop any where in entire country, he will get good price, he can sell anywhere outside the market. Dileep Ji, this is such a revolutionary step for agriculture in 70 years”

इनके सारे बड़े मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री मैदान में उतरे लोगो को ये समझाने के लिए की ये बिल किसानो के फायदे में है, मैंने इन सबके भाषा सुने हैं
उन भाषणों में क्या कहते है ये, भाषण में कहते है जी इस बिल से आपकी ज़मीन नहीं जाएगी, तो ये तो फायदा नहीं हुआ, वो जमीन तो थी ही ,आपका MSP नहीं जायेगा, तो ये तो फायदा नहीं हुआ, ये तो था ही, आपकी मंडी नहीं जाएगी, ये तो फायदा नहीं हुआ . फायदा क्या होगा ये एक भी नेता नहीं गिना पा रहा . जब बहुत ज़्यादा कुरेदो तो फायदे के नाम पर कहते हैं, अब किसान अपनी फसल पूरे देश में कहीं भी बेच सकता है. यही फ़ायदा गिनाते हैं न ये! अब किसान को अच्छे दाम मिलेंगे, वो मंडी के बाहर कहीं भी बेच सकता है. मैं उनसे केंद्र सरकार से पूरी विनम्रता से पूछना चाहता हूं. आज पंजाब में और हरियाणा में मंडी में MSP 1800 रुपये क्विंटल है गेंहू की. बिहार में मंडी नहीं है वहां 800 रुपये में किसान बेच रहा है. वो जो 800 रुपये में किसान बेच रहा है उसे ये बता दो कि वो पूरे देश में कहां जाके मंडी के बाहर बेचे कि उसे साढ़े 1800 रुपये से ज़्यादा का दाम मिल जाये?”

“एक तो ये तीनों किसान बिल वापस हो. और दूसरा MSP का जो ये मांग कर रहें है की MSP की गारंटी का कानून लाया जाये. MSP स्वामीनाथन आयोग के हिसाब से 50% प्रॉफ़िट के हिसाब से जितनी कॉस्ट है उसका 50% ऐड करके MSP तय की जाये. अगर ये आ गया. दिलीप जी, ये 70 साल के अंदर सबसे बड़ा क्रांतिकारी कदम होगा कृषि क्षेत्र में.”
Translation:
“Their many big Ministers, Chief Ministers came on the ground to explain that the bill is in favor of farmers. I’ve heard all their speeches.
In their speech, they say, you won’t loose your land, but this is not a benefit, land is already yours, your MSP wont go down, but this again is not a benefit, this already was there, you won’t loose your market, but then again, this isn’t any benefit. What exact benefit the farmers will get, none of them are able to explain”

“Firstly, all these three bills should be cancelled, and secondly the MSP Guarantee law should be brought. According to Swaminathan comission, the 50% profit should be added on the cost. If this is passed, Dileep Ji, this is such a revolutionary step for agriculture in 70 years“
