Maharastra Gov is being questioned to demolish a Mosque in Madhya Pradesh claimed being in Mumbai.
A viral aerial photo of a mosque surrounded by roads is viral with people claiming it to be from Mumbai asking Maharashtra Government, why haven’t they demolished it yet, following actress Kangana Ranaut’s Office demolition.
The tweet by retired IAS, Mr. Sanjay Dixit, claiming the photo from Bandra, Mumbai, has been retweeted more then 2200 times. –
“A legal construction in Bandra. When is the BMC going to notice this monstrosity in plain sight? Wait. It only insults ordinary public, not the penguins and UTs.”
Tweet by BJP Spokesperson, Ashwini Upadhyay has been retweeted approx 9000 times (deleted now) –

The mosque in the photo is from Katra Market, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, not Mumbai.
We found many results in reverse image search, we selected the filter “before 1st September 2020” and found following tweet made on 2nd Aug 2020, which called it Katra Market, Sagar, MP

With Katra added to the image we found few blogs with the same image with link back to a Dainik Bhaskar news. The article claimed this photo is from Katra Bazar, Sagar, MP, opened after Lockdown.
Further we searched for it on Google Maps and found the same mosque, Jama Masjid.
On the left below is a clipped part of the Mosque from the viral image while the right one is the photo of the Mosque itself in Sagar, MP
