Truth

Upon doing a Google Reverse Image Search of the screenshots acquired from the video, we came across an article by Daily Mail, the headline read, “‘Barbaric’ street brawl in Birmingham came after a week of bad blood between neighbouring families following ‘wedding bust-up’…as new footage shows thugs wielded hammers and metal poles”. The article was uploaded on 17th August, 2019.

Reportedly, a fight broke down between two families over a ‘wedding argument’.

The video of the brawl was embedded in the article,

Here are some resemblances of the viral video, and the video in the news report.

As we scrolled down the article, we found the visuals same as that of the viral video, here are some of the visuals of the brawl that broke out,

The same video was uploaded on YouTube uploaded on Aug 17, 2019.

Hence, it is established that the video is of a fight that broke out between two families in Birmingham, UK last year. Hence, the viral claims that the people are fighting during Eid are completely false. It is to be noted that the video is of 2019, and is not recent.
