The video tweeted is made up of two different videos, First one is 2 years old, from Pachkula, Haryana and another from Telangana, last year.
First Part of Video
Below is the first video. In 2017, there was a tense situation in Pachkula when Supporters of Baba Ram Rahim gatherd. These were people from Dera Sachha Sauda whom Police dispersed.
Second Part of Video
Second part is of August 2018. A Telangana cop, on being caught of his affair by other woman, beat up his wife and mother in law.
The audio has been added wrongly as the woman speaking is talking about Jhansi, Baruasagar while the video is from Hyderabad.
Last year’s video of a cop beating his wife is viral in Pakistan with communal colors.
