A video of a ship battling in the storm is going viral on social media claiming that “Cyclone Fani continues to strengthen as it tracks over the Bay of Bengal.”

Truth

It was found that the video was two years old and it was a video of an oceanic storm at Russia. We found an extended version of the same video uploaded, on Odnoklassniki, a Russian social media site, on November 17. 2016. It was mentioned that ” “Storm 12 points on the Beaufort scale.”
