The video also includes clippings of the doctor explaining the incident. He then goes on to describe about a heart medicine he created for prevention of cardiovascular diseases.

The words used by the anchor and the doctor in the video seemed to not match with their lip movements. The Quint analyzed the videos through AI detection tools and based on their findings, it was found that the results indicated usage of AI in the voiceover.
Old clip of onscreen attack used
It was found that the videos of panelists fighting on a news show was originally from a video by News Nation. The video features late Swami Om engaging in a fight with others on the show. Furthermore, the video does not include Dr Devi Shetty, who is being wrongly connected to this attack in the viral video.

A clip from the viral video shows Dr Devi Shetty describing the incident in detail. However, it was found that the video is from an interview by NDTV Profit with Dr Devi Shetty.
