Qazi Nizamuddin tweeted the photo photo first on 10th Oct claiming to be from Bikaner. He was with Rahul Gandhi on the way back to the airport after the rally where Rahul Gandhi stopped to buy some sweets.
“आज रैली के बाद एयरपोर्ट लौटते समय रास्ते मे @RahulGandhi जी ने बीकानेर की मशहूर मिठाईयां ख़रीदी”
Translation -“On return after rally going to Airport, Rahul Gandhi bought famous sweets of Bikaner”
