False: Hoax claims this to be @drharshvardhan of BJP (or some say Congress minister) been beaten up by public because of anger on #DeMonetisation.
Truth: This is BJP guy Subrata Mishra, roughed up by TMC guys on 20th Oct 2016 i.e. before Note Ban.
