This is about a Viral image of a so called old letter, claiming Nehru wrote to Attlee about Subash Chandra Bose referring to him as War Criminal.
This article give many points questioning letter’s authenticity.
I have one more doubt, in those days Russia was called USSR, Russia name was started in 1991.
