Using screenshots of the video on Google reverse image search that led us to the report by Navbharat times Dated November 14, 2019, posted the same video.

With the keywords search on Twitter, we also found that General Secretary BJP Delhi & Former-Mayor, North Delhi, posted the same video on his official Twitter handle on Guru Nanak Jayanti in 2019.

This confirms that the video is old as it was already on the internet much before the pandemic.
