Is this video recent from Pakistan killing two captured Indian Soldiers who were singing Vande Matram ?
This Video is viral claiming to be recent, showing two captured men’s head being cut. Head of first was cut with ChainSaw, another’s with knife with song Vande Matram playing.
This has been spread intentionally be someone who removed the actual audio (Spanish conversation) and added Song Vande Matram to it.

Actually this is from Mexico, Year 2011. In actual Video these two captured man are talking in Spanish.
This is called by the poster as revenge of Drug dealers, gangs.
