A FOX News clip is being shared on social media platforms that claim that United States President Donald Trump has been diagnosed with Coronavirus. Screenshots of the video are as follows:
The news anchor is heard stating, ” Just a moment ago, FOX News alert, the White House medical team confirming President Trump has confirmed positive for Coronavirus“.

Truth
The clip being circulated is edited and is hence not true. The clip was taken from a news clipping that was uploaded by FOX News on May 7 which confirmed that “Trump’s valet has been tested positive for Coronavirus”. The edited clip and the original clip is as follows:
After carefully listening to both the clips in question, it is evident that a pause is observed where the anchor’s words have cut off so as to manipulate the headline.
