‘This boy’ didn’t say it. This is 10 Year old Sumit rescued from Child Slavery.
When the title on a photo says “This” it literally means this particular. For metaphors or even for news people write “file photo”/“representation” etc under the photo.
So what is wrong with using “This”? Well, if you ever come across ‘this’ kid Sumit, you will remember that ‘this’ kid said it which is false.

This same page never gives proofs, use wrong images, old news etc.
Recently they ‘used photo’ of Minjur Plant of year 2010 claiming ‘this plant’ has been recently set up by scientists to make sea water drinkable.
In another post they used photo of s Srilanka Stadium “Mahinda Rajapaksha International Cricket Stadium” claiming Gujarat has largest stadium in the world. https://www.facebook.com/SMHoaxSlayer/photos/a.147357335599672.1073741828.140690692933003/409755499359853/?type=3
