Congress is using videos of heavy rains from different cities targeting Delhi Government
Though Delhi indeed is suffering from heavy rains with water logging at many places but few videos from different cities are viral claimed to be from Delhi claiming inefficiency of Delhi Government, CM Arvind Kejriwal
Most videos are shared by Congress prominent persons and supporters.

It shows a bus going through a flooded road with the water inside the bus too.
