Can’t find stolen mobile this way.

This message is quite viral for years on Social Media, that you can send your IMEI to this mail id. Your Lost #Mobile can’t be traced by sending #IMEI details to “Cop@vsnl.net” as it doesn’t exist anymore.

My personal experience suggests you MUST file an FIR for it. Merely a written complain doesn’t help. They are accountable if FIR is filed.
