Although many genuine tragic photos, with people in desperate situations from current lockdown, poor traveling on foot etc. are viral but this photo is 3 years old, from Bangladesh, not India.

Viral: A pic of a man carrying a woman on his back while walking on the road is quite viral on all the social media platforms.

Claim: The pic is claimed to be of a migrant laborer who is carrying women and returning back to their cities amid the lockdown enforced due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The official twitter handle of the Indian National Congress party’s SC wing known as Dalit Congress also tweeted the viral pic.

The photo is 3 years old from Bangladesh, not India.
