Claim: The pic is claimed to be of a migrant laborer who is carrying women and returning back to their cities amid the lockdown enforced due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The official twitter handle of the Indian National Congress party’s SC wing known as Dalit Congress also tweeted the viral pic.

It is an old image dated 8th November 2017 in an international news agency’s article.
The reverse image search of this image with keywords search led us to the website of international news agency Pressenza’s article on Rohingya Refugees of Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh.
This article was published on 8th November 2017 and carried out the issues of Rohingya Refugees in Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh and carried out the viral pic in this article.
