This photo does not show actor Irrfan khan’s last moments
A collage of two pictures is going viral on social media claiming it to be the last moments of Irrfan Khan. One of the pictures in the collage is that of the late actor Irrfan Khan and the other one is the edited image of a patient over whom Khan’s face has been morphed with.
The collage has been shared with the caption: “मुस्लिमों से नफरत करते है बोलने वालों आज इरफान खान के लिए देशवासियों का प्यार भी देख लेना | नफरत कसाब वाली करतूतों से है कलाम और इरफान तो दिलों में बसते है”
Translation: “Those who say we hate Muslims, see the love our countrymen have for Irrfan Khan. Hatred is for the acts of Kasab, Kalam, and Irrfan live in our hearts”.

TRUTH
Using a reverse image search on the edited picture that led us to a similar picture carried in several media reports from February 2015.
The article published by the Hindustan times on February 13, 2015, identified the man in the above picture as 57-year-old Sureshbhai Patel, who was grievously injured and left partially paralyzed after a police officer forced him on the ground in the US.

A comparison of the news report image and the viral post image on social media shows that both are the same image. We marked the positions of things in both the images.
This confirms that this is not the last moments of actor Irrfan Khan but the edited image of some other patient.
