This video is from last year, October 2018 from last rites of ND Tiwari where Yogi Adityanath is sitting with Bihar Governor Lalji Tandon in the front row, while UP ministers Mohsin Raza and Ashutosh Tandon
Times of India in October 2018 said “A video has gone viral on social media in which Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath and a group of ministers can be seen laughing during condolence meet organised at Vidhan Bhawan for former UP and Uttarakhand CM ND Tiwari.”
