Any Journalist/media student around ?
If someone posts a photo and write about it without any word/phrase like “File Photo/Representation”, doesn’t it mean he/she is exactly talking about the photo used ?
I understand it does mean that he;/she is talking about particular photo.
Further isn’t it compulsory to use such words ?
