It’s called #Laser #Dazzler and is part of #LASTEC Project of @DRDO_India . It was successfully tested in 2007. Photo used in Hoax is not Laser Dazzler but Air Pistol.
On Same line of humor used in the Hoax, may be UPA used scams’ money for this project to save our Country 😉 LOL.
