जिस शख़्स को लोगों ने मोदी का भाई समझा है, वह दरअसल अदीलाबाद का एक ऑटो ड्राइवर है। अदीलाबाद ज़िला तेलंगाना राज्य का हिस्सा है। यहाँ के इस ऑटो ड्राइवर के साथ स्थानीय व यहाँ आने वाले लोग ख़ूब सेल्फ़ियाँ लेते हैं। लेकिन ‘मोदी का भाई’ समझकर नहीं, बल्कि उनका ही डुप्लिकेट मानकर, क्योंकि इनकी शक्ल उनसे बहुत हद तक मिलती है। लोग इन्हें देख हैरान होकर मुस्कुरा देते हैं
