A former Indian Police Service officer from Gujarat, Sanjiv Bhatt has been found posting photoshopped images or images with wrong captions few times
Last Month he posted a photoshopped image of Hitler to compare it with PM Modi –

Last Year Sanjiv Bhatt, IPS tweeted a photo as women being molested in BHU under recent issue as sarcasm on Ram Rajya targeting UP CM Yogi Adityanath while the photo actually was from Patna, June 2017, students protesting against BSEB, education board.

Yesterday Sanjiv Bhatt posted a photo of Electrical Linemen working on electric poles specifically claiming to be taken just 5 days ago

Looking closely the authenticity and origin of the photo can not be established bu this certainly is not taken 5 Days ago
Matrubhumi Paper posted this photo 2 years ago i.e. 2016
Another portal OneIndia on his Malyalam wing also posted this in20th July 2018
Many more have used this image recently
Although KSEB is working towards power restoration and all relevant job but this particular photo is 11 years old.
