A message is viral claiming High Court has just passed a judgement that Schools can’t charge fees for the months June and July.

कोई भी प्राइवेट स्कूल छुट्टियों के दिनों की यानी जून जुलाई महीने की फीस नहीं ले सकेगा। अगर उस स्कूल ने मना करने बाद फीस वसूली तो उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही होगी। जिसमे उसकी मान्यता भी रद्द हो सकती हैं।
इसके लिए अभिभावक पुलिस में शिकायत भी कर सकते है। अगर किसी ने एडवांस में फीस जमा कर दी है तो वापिस मांग लें या फिर अगले महीने में एडजस्ट करा दे। स्कूल फीस ना दे या एडजस्ट ना करे तो पुलिस में शिकायत करे। पुलिस ना सुने तो CM विंडो पर शिकायत करे।

Any private school will not be able to take the holidays, i.e., for the month of July. If the school refuses the fee after the refusal, then the proceedings will be taken against him. In which its recognition can also be canceled.
Parents can also complain in this regard for the police. If someone has deposited fees in advance then ask for back or adjust in next month. If the school does not pay fees or do not adjust, then complain in the police. If you do not hear the police, then complain about the CM window.

This is not from India but is from Pakistan.
A petition was filed against a school fees Hike on 18th September 2015 to which the judgement came out in April 2018.
“After Protest and lots of contend a petition has been filed CP D No. 5812/2015 on 18-09-2015 in Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi against the Generations School Illegal Enhancement of fees.
A Certified Copy of Stay Order dated 18-09-2015 against the illegal enhancement of fees against the Generations School Pakistan (Karachi Region). Notices has been issued to the respondents for 22-09-2015.
Parents of students and “Siddiqui and Fattani” ( Advocates and Legal Consultants of this case) requested to all parents whom children studying in different schools must go in court of law if they are facing the fees issue before School expelled your children.”
